Intertrigo:
Intertriginous fungal infection appears as a sharply bordered,
multiply circular, red, eroded lesion with scales and small raised,
pus filled lesions at the edges. This patient presented with the
typical rash of intertriginous fungal infection of the skin and
fever that is suggestive of a secondary bacterial infection, most
likely due to staph or strep species. Close-up
