Another type of wrist dislocation (Perilunate dislocation): A 27-year-old right-handed man presented with right wrist pain after having fallen down a flight of stairs while drunk. The side view x-ray of the wrist reveals a perilunate bone dislocation from the wrist bones. This is apparent when attempting to draw an imaginary line through the centers of the radius (the prominent long bone seen in the x-ray and the other bones of the writst). (L.S.)
